As part of that growth, we're building out our second engineering and product hub in Raleigh-Durham and we're looking for the people who'll help shape it from the ground up. Role Overview IQ is Vantaca's analytics platform and it's evolving fast. Originally built to give executives a real-time view into daily operations, IQ is now becoming a dynamic, AI-powered analytics engine capable of identifying patterns across management portfolios, benchmarking against industry data, and surfacing insights that help management companies understand and grow their margins. IQ is moving toward deep integration with Vantaca's Revenue Manager, leveraging AI to ingest contracts, model profitability, and deliver intelligence that was previously impossible to access at scale. You'll own this product end-to-end. Key Responsibilities - Define and drive the IQ product roadmap, balancing near-term reporting value with the long-term vision of AI-driven intelligence - Partner closely with data engineering and data science teams to ship intuitive, self-serve analytics experiences for management company executives - Experiment through use of various models to find the right insights and patterns in the data to drive the art of the possible - Lead the integration of AI capabilities into IQ, including contract ingestion, profit modeling, and dynamic benchmarking against industry data - Define and track KPIs that measure both product adoption and the business outcomes IQ drives for customers - Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering to connect IQ insights to actionable customer outcomes - Champion self-serve and proactive analytics adoption by ensuring IQ's UX is accessible to non-technical executives while remaining powerful enough for sophisticated users. Qualifications - AI-Native Product Management experience - Demonstrated ability to use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, v0, etc.) to accelerate product work—from rapid prototyping and user story generation to competitive analysis and documentation. - Experience building interactive prototypes using AI-powered tools to validate concepts quickly with stakeholders and customers before engineering investment. - Experience engaging with various models using first party and third party data to surface interesting insights that drive customer value - Comfortable leveraging LLMs for research, synthesis, and communication—turning complex technical requirements into clear narratives and vice versa. - Track record of using AI to enhance personal productivity and team velocity, whether through automated workflows, intelligent summarization, or rapid iteration on designs and requirements. - Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager on analytics, BI, or data products, in a SaaS environment - Strong data science or technical foundation; you can read SQL, understand data pipelines, speak fluently with data engineers, and push back intelligently on technical tradeoffs - Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or equivalent platforms - Proven ability to translate business problems into data requirements and then into product specs that engineering can execute - Strong communication skills — you can make complex analytical concepts clear to a CFO and credible to a data scientist in the same conversation - Experience in financial services, PropTech, or vertical SaaS is a plus - Comfort operating in a high-growth, fast-moving environment where priorities evolve and ownership is earned by doing Our Value Prop to Employees - AI-First Product Culture - Our eNPS is +68! • As our Product Manager, you own the "what" and the "why" behind everything we ship. • Talk to customers, dig through usage data, write crisp specs, and sit down with our engineers to turn ideas into features people love. • Define and prioritize what we build next based on customer feedback, market insights, and business goals. • Write clear, detailed specs in Markdown—because that's how we roll—so engineering knows exactly what to build and why. • Understand customer workflows, pain points, and what "mind-blowing" means to them. • Work daily with engineering and design to ship iteratively and fast. • Evaluate where AI can genuinely make our product smarter—and where it's just hype. • Track product metrics, run experiments, and use data to validate ideas (or kill your darlings). • Do whatever it takes to move the product forward—whether that's coordinating a launch, triaging a bug, answering a support ticket, or making coffee for the team.
