• designs, develops, and implements testing methods and equipment to ensure that the product will perform to specifications. • Plans and arranges the labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating the product. • Designs test cases for test plans and creates test scenarios in which tests are carried out. • Compiles data, defines required changes and reports defects and problems that occurred during the test process. • Implements and participates in the walkthrough of the product. • Automated testing may be used for leveling based on hiring manager discretion. • Consults with the development and/or requirements team to coordinate and test applications. • Performs analysis, diagnostics and preliminary evaluations of products. • Develops testing procedures. • Develops test plans, scripts, scenarios, functional tests, regression tests, and deployment tests. • Implements the testing processes and ensures all test activities follow those processes. • Produces reports on each test activity and tracks test metrics. • Monitors for continual test process improvement through failure analysis, throughput analysis, yield analysis, and report to management periodically.

• Build automated tests across backend and frontend systems. • Implement unit, integration, and end-to-end testing. • Create and maintain a testing pipeline for every PR. • Introduce structured bug tracking and improve defect visibility. • Perform manual validation when needed to ensure product quality. • Partner with engineering to enforce tested, production-ready releases.

• Serve as the CQA Lead for clinical programs. • Set the vision for clinical compliance and ensure quality is integrated into study design and execution. • Provide expert interpretation of FDA, ICH-GCP, EMA, and other regulatory requirements. • Monitor the evolving regulatory landscape to ensure compliance and 'inspection-ready' operations. • Qualify and manage clinical vendors (CROs, central labs) and oversee a risk-based site audit schedule. • Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory inspections. • Provide strategic guidance on the investigation of significant quality events. • Review and approve CAPA plans for effective remediation of systemic GCP issues. • Review and provide final Quality approval for key clinical documents. • Provide CQA performance metrics and trend analysis for Quality Management Reviews. • Lead GCP training initiatives for clinical operations and cross-functional partners.
