• Define the AI-driven product vision and long-term direction for Sophea Nous • Own and continuously refine the product roadmap • Analyze market trends and customer workflows • Identify and validate high-impact enterprise use cases • Drive a rigorous product discovery and validation process • Lead the strategy and execution of integrations with key enterprise platforms • Align and inspire Engineering, AI, Design, and GTM teams
• Work on Sophea AI across LLM pre-training, training from scratch, fine-tuning, evaluation, and continuous model improvement • Build production-grade ML pipelines for inference, serving, deployment, monitoring, and model lifecycle management • Optimize model performance in production, including latency, throughput, cost efficiency, quantization, and GPU workload usage • Work with datasets, experiments, benchmarks, and evaluation methods to improve language model quality and domain-specific performance
• Design UX/UI for multiple AI-powered products • Work closely with Product Manager and Engineers on feature delivery • Deliver clear, implementation-ready designs • Improve usability and consistency across products • Contribute to design patterns and reusable components • Support faster product iteration cycles
• Build automated tests across backend and frontend systems. • Implement unit, integration, and end-to-end testing. • Create and maintain a testing pipeline for every PR. • Introduce structured bug tracking and improve defect visibility. • Perform manual validation when needed to ensure product quality. • Partner with engineering to enforce tested, production-ready releases.
• Conduct security assessments and build a prioritized remediation roadmap across infrastructure and services • Harden AWS and Kubernetes environments: IAM, network policies, workload isolation, secrets management • Secure AI-specific attack surfaces: prompt injection defenses, PII handling in LLM pipelines, model interaction data leakage • Embed automated security into CI/CD: dependency scanning, container image scanning, code analysis, secrets detection • Design secure-by-default patterns for service communication, authentication, and data handling • Build incident response capabilities: detection, alerting, response workflows, and post-incident review • Partner with engineering teams to improve security posture without becoming a bottleneck
