Implementation Analyst

• A thorough understanding of MeridianLink’s licensed software and its capabilities to educate and provide best practice recommendations to clients • Expected to be responsible for client innovation and leadership in developing and implementing initiatives that support clients’ goals and objectives. • Client onboarding activities including core connectivity and third-party integrations while facilitating interactions between clients and other MeridianLink departments. • Manage internal and external stakeholder communications and expectations through deployment cycle with a focus on driving project resources toward project completion while providing the highest level of proactive and responsive client service in response to and in anticipation of client questions and requests. • Expected to adhere to project resources meet expected timelines and organize tasks to maximize productivity and utilization. • Proactively identify issues and facilitate sensible resolutions before they become an escalation item.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • Strong proficiency in working with Microsoft Systems
  • Teamwork attitude, flexibility, and ability to manage different responsibilities and priorities at the same time.
  • Effective presentation skills demonstrated by comfort in speaking to groups remotely.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
