Qualifications - Minimum 10 years of experience with Java programming language, including latest versions (17 & 21). - Experience in any of the popular web frameworks like Spring (boot, cloud, data flow) or Micronaut. - Cloud technology experience: Azure Cloud, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, Github Actions. - Knowledge of architectural styles: Microservices, Web services, SOA and API Protocols: GraphQL Federation, REST API. - Experience in monitoring & observability: OpenTelemetry, Dynatrace, other Observability tools. - Proficiency in using build tools: Gradle. - Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and test-driven development. - Experience in working with databases: MongoDB, MySQL. - Experience working with Application Lifecycle Management Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Jenkins, NexusPro (or similar). - Knowledge and experience of agile frameworks and practices: Scrum/Kanban, user stories, BDD/TDD, DevOps, Continuous Integration & Delivery, Pair Programming. - Proficiency in applying design patterns effectively to develop scalable and maintainable solutions. - Previous experience in balancing technical priorities with business needs and aligning teams with organisational goals while maintaining technical standards. - A strong interest in understanding market dynamics and identifying customer needs to drive strategic decision-making and business growth. - Experience in mentoring engineering teams, fostering collaboration and providing guidance when needed. - Fluency in English. - Strong understanding of Product Information Management / Master Data Management platforms (like Stibo STEP), and background in e-commerce/retail would be appreciated. - For some projects, Kotlin experience is nice-to-have. • Development and maintenance of document composition solutions in a CCM environment • Design and development of document templates and high-volume, omnichannel output workflows (print and digital) • Involvement in the full development lifecycle: analysis, design, development, testing and documentation • Corrective and evolutionary maintenance of applications • Participation in technical support and incident resolution • Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams (IT, business units, support) • Contribution to continuous improvement of processes, tools and standards • Use of modern tools, including AI technologies

• Design & own evaluation/optimization frameworks for frontier music models • Drive product & research roadmap • Build stable infrastructure • Champion scientific rigor

• Design, code, test, and maintain COBOL programs for mainframe applications • Work with mainframe systems and associated technologies to ensure optimal performance and reliability • Analyze business requirements and system specifications to develop effective and efficient COBOL solutions. Identify and troubleshoot issues, providing timely resolutions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, systems analysts, and other developers, to ensure seamless integration of COBOL applications within the broader IT ecosystem • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all COBOL programs, ensuring clarity and ease of understanding for other team members • Conduct thorough unit testing of developed code to ensure its functionality, reliability, and compliance with established standards • Identify opportunities for performance optimization and implement necessary improvements to enhance the overall efficiency of COBOL applications
