• Architect, build, and maintain an array of developer tooling that enhances developer productivity and reliability within a high-scale, distributed cloud environment. • Identify, analyze, and resolve software development lifecycle bottlenecks and advocate for best practices in development processes. • Architect our infrastructure systems to ensure reliability in the face of our high scale of traffic. • Build on top of our infrastructure stack using Go, Terraform, Kubernetes, GCP, and AWS. • Consult with engineers across the engineering organization as they build their systems to ensure infrastructure best practices.

• Master Chronosphere’s target market, business drivers and strategies so that you can develop, intrigue, and position Chronosphere products as a value add solution with potential customers. • Work in sync with a BDR to proactively prospect, identify, qualify and develop a sales pipeline. • Work closely with an SE to create a technical selling strategy, including custom demos and effective pilots. • Close business to meet and exceed bookings objectives. • Build strong and effective relationships, resulting in growth opportunities. • Effectively transition customers to the CSE team. • Work closely with the Customer Success team to support and grow accounts after close. • Provide feedback to the marketing and product organization on customer insights, feature request and content strategy.

• Design, implement, and operate high volume services in Go on top of Kubernetes/GCP/AWS • Build operational tooling for the code you write, and work with cloud infrastructure engineers to manage your code in production • Contribute to the direction of the product, and help evolve the overall platform architecture to meet product and scale needs • Refine the way we build and release the platform by contributing to build systems, test frameworks, deployment tools and monitoring

• Own the design, development, and scaling of integrations with major cloud providers (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure, Oracle Cloud, Cloudflare) that support mission-critical observability use cases. • Collaborate with product management, customer success, and solution architects to define integration strategy, technical requirements, and roadmaps. • Design and evolve ingestion and processing pipelines that handle large-scale metrics, logs, and events with high performance and resilience. • Establish best practices for integration security, scalability, and reliability. • Troubleshoot complex integration issues across distributed environments, partnering directly with enterprise customers when needed. • Stay current on emerging technologies, identify opportunities for product differentiation, and drive adoption of innovative integration patterns. • Create technical design documents, reference architectures, and implementation guides for internal and external audiences. • Provide mentorship, conduct code/design reviews, and help raise the technical bar for the team.

• Design, implement, and test enhancements to Control APIs and services, including rule evaluation, policy enforcement, advanced optimizations, and real-time usage insights, using Go on Kubernetes / GCP. • Build scalable systems for telemetry shaping and cost control, such as ingest policies, aggregation, sampling policies, utility scores & recommendations, and usage-based controls. • Partner closely with Product and Design to deliver customer-facing experiences that make it easy to understand telemetry cost drivers and take safe, effective action. • Own the operational quality of what you ship: instrumentation, alerting, debugging, incident response, and performance tuning for production workloads. • Collaborate across product, design, platform, infrastructure, and developer experience teams to integrate Control decisions into the broader ingestion, query, and storage ecosystem.

• Hire/train a team of BDRs to successfully generate NBMs and Closed Won Revenue for the business • Improve BDR Team members performance and abilities by providing consistent coaching and feedback • Drive a value based, highly qualified process to drive efficiencies and acceleration in the sales cycle • Work closely with Marketing to maximize pipeline generated from events and conferences • Improve lead-opportunity management and processes • Work in collaboration with Sales, Product and Marketing leadership to continuously improve and iterate our GTM messaging and strategies • Contribute to the development of an efficient inbound lead scoring and distribution system • Support and enhance the account/territory management process
