• Development and maintenance of document composition solutions in a CCM environment • Design and development of document templates and high-volume, omnichannel output workflows (print and digital) • Involvement in the full development lifecycle: analysis, design, development, testing and documentation • Corrective and evolutionary maintenance of applications • Participation in technical support and incident resolution • Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams (IT, business units, support) • Contribution to continuous improvement of processes, tools and standards • Use of modern tools, including AI technologies

• Actively participate in the analysis and modeling of functional and technical requirements, following internal methods and standards • Design and model robust, scalable software solutions • Ensure the consistency and quality of the application architecture • Develop software components and perform unit testing • Contribute to integration and system testing • Document analysis, design, development, and testing work • Participate in estimating workload and development effort • Implement and adhere to development methods, tools, and standards • Participate in code reviews and deliverable reviews • Collaborate closely with front-end, back-end, and DevOps teams
