Key Account Manager – Sales Account Manager, Pharma & GMP

V-SELECT GmbH

• First point of contact for managing well-known key accounts in all sales-related matters • Acquisition of potential new customers in the cleanroom sector (pharmaceuticals, life sciences, semiconductors, etc.) • Implement a generalist sales and consulting approach to ensure and optimize long-term customer satisfaction based on individual customer needs • Present services including cleanroom garments (decontamination, sterilization), cleanroom cleaning, on-site service, cleanroom training, consumables, and closely collaborate with the respective specialists • Long-term relationship management for A/B customers as the one-face-to-the-customer and identifying and leveraging opportunities (up-/cross-selling) • Handle customer inquiries and projects from the initial call through to contract conclusion • Close coordination with experts from laundry and cleaning services, as well as customer and sales support

Job Requirements

  • Relevant experience in B2B sales of technically complex/consultative services in the cleanroom/hygiene/cleaning/workwear sector or similar
  • Strong sales orientation, empathy, and the ability to conduct negotiations on equal terms
  • High level of motivation, perseverance, and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Excellent German and good command of English
  • Willingness to travel approximately 2 days per week and a valid Class B driving licence
