Leave of Absence Case Manager

⢠Oversee and administer employee leave requests and accommodations requiring specialized attention for our clientsā employees. ⢠Apply for leave requests arising under FMLA, ADA, state/local laws, Company policies and short- and long-term disability plans. ⢠Communicate with employees regarding their needs and ensure they are aware of their responsibilities and documentation requirements in the process of qualifying for and taking leave. ⢠Facilitate and coordinate all aspects of the leave management process for clients and their employees. ⢠Maintain complete and accurate records of leave and accommodation requests in accordance with specified legal requirements and best practices. ⢠Timely update the LOA Board for each client and maintain communications/updates for a real-time leave database.
Job Requirements
- Bachelorās degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience
- Three (3) plus yearsā Leave Management experience required.
- Federal and State LOA, STD, and ADA knowledge.
- Experience in high-volume leave case management environment supporting multiple leaves and states at the same time preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Experience working in a document signature system.

Role Description As the Information Services Manager for Enterprise Output Management (EOM) within Enterprise Capabilities, you will lead the teams and platforms responsible for delivering businessācritical customer communications across the organization. These communications span policies, statements, checks, notices, and other regulated content that directly represent our brand, compliance posture, and customer trust. This role blends people leadership, delivery execution, and platform stewardship. You will guide modernization efforts, ensure operational stability, and help the organization navigate competing priorities across a complex and highly interconnected landscape. Qualifications - Proven leader with a strong track record of building, mentoring, and managing high-performing teams, including performance management and coaching. - Demonstrated ability to strategically prioritize and balance run, change, and transformation initiatives to deliver business value. - Skilled at building trust, alignment, and collaboration across diverse stakeholders and leadership levels. - Experienced in vendor and contract management, with strong oversight of financial and delivery considerations. - Familiarity and experience of enterprise customer communications in the financial services and their regulatory sensitivity. - Familiarity and experience with document composition, print, and electronic delivery ecosystems. - Technical experience across the modern technology stack, including Java, MuleSoft, and modern technical stack with a strong understanding of enterprise application architecture, API development, system integrations, and cloud-native design. - Experience or familiarity with Documerge, xPression, and Quadient is preferred to direct strategic decision framework. - Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
