Salesforce GTM Engineer, CPQ

Front

• Configure, manage, and customize Salesforce CPQ with Sales lifecycle Management. • Own Product Catalog setup (Products, Options, Bundles, Configuration Rules, Pricing, Discounting, Quote Templates). • Apply CPQ Price methodology and manage amendments, renewals, and add ons lifecycle. • Integrate Salesforce CPQ with external systems via APIs/connectors if required. • Develop solutions using Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows. • Design and implement scalable, optimized solutions to meet evolving business needs. • Provide operational support, bug fixes, enhancements, and follow Salesforce best practices. • Work on integrations with external tools & systems (Workato, JIRA, BI tools) as needed. • Own onboarding and offboarding activities for Salesforce users, ensuring proper access provisioning, deactivation, and license optimization. • Maintain security, compliance, and audit controls across GTM systems. • Provide end-user support for configuration issues, access requests, and business process troubleshooting. • Act as the primary technical POC for GTM stakeholders. • Translate business requirements into technical design, estimates, and deliverables in Agile projects. • Partner with Product and GTM leadership to align Salesforce roadmap with business priorities. • Ensure data model integrity across CPQ and core Salesforce objects. • Contribute to security reviews, data governance, and compliance. • Document solutions, mentor peers, and promote Salesforce development best practices.

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years Salesforce development experience (Apex, Triggers, LWC, Integration).
  • 4+ years hands-on CPQ implementation experience (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ Data Model.
  • Experience with Product configuration, complex pricing rules, discounts.
  • Proven track record of end-to-end Salesforce project delivery (design → development → deployment).
  • Ability to design solutions using out-of-box features + custom development.
  • Hands-on experience managing user access, security, onboarding/offboarding.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Certifications: Salesforce CPQ Specialist (must have), Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer I, Additional Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer II, Advanced Admin, Architect) preferred.

This role is deeply hands-on—this individual will spend a significant portion of their time actively building, adjusting, and maintaining routes to ensure accurate, efficient, and high-quality transportation service. In parallel, this role expands beyond execution to include analyzing routing performance, identifying optimization opportunities, and shaping routing strategy. The Lead Routing Analyst will translate complex routing data into clear recommendations, model tradeoffs, and support both internal teams and clients in making informed transportation decisions. This individual serves as both a highly reliable routing executor and an analytical problem-solver, with ownership over routing quality, system performance, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is analytical, systems-oriented, and highly detail-driven, with a strong interest in solving complex operational problems and improving outcomes at scale. LOCATION - Remote RESPONSIBILITIES Route Execution & System Ownership - Create, modify, and maintain transportation routes in routing software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with district policies, transportation regulations, and service-level agreements - Execute routing updates and change requests with a high degree of precision and ownership - Manage data flows between systems, including imports/exports and validation of routing-related datasets - Ensure all route assignments are properly documented and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
