Job Requirements
- Native or fluent German speaker — this is a hard requirement; all customer communication is in German
- Proven customer service experience — you've done this before and you're good at it
- Excellent written German — clear, professional, and warm; this will be assessed during the interview process
- Reliable and consistent — you show up, follow through, and take ownership of your responsibilities
- Calm under pressure and able to handle difficult customer interactions with professionalism
- Comfortable working remotely and independently within a structured team environment
- Available to work CET business hours (Mon–Fri)
