Sourcing Manager We’re looking for a Sourcing Manager to join us at Telia. I’m Helena Thomas, Team Manager within our Networks and Infra Sourcing team, and I’m currently looking for someone ready to grow with us. Working as part of the international strategic sourcing community, you will be responsible for managing supplier relationships and driving competition within Network and Infra categories, primarily in Security and Field Service, across Telia’s footprint. What you’ll do: - Lead the Security sourcing sub‑category across all Telia markets, ensuring alignment with business needs. - Run E2E RFx processes, including documentation, negotiations, contracting, and stakeholder communication. - Manage key suppliers through daily collaboration and regular reviews. - Identify and mitigate supply, financial, legal, compliance, quality, and sustainability risks. - Analyze cost drivers, market trends, and preferred suppliers within the sub‑category. - Drive continuous improvement by simplifying processes and creating added value. What will help you thrive in this role: The suitable candidate has strong strategic sourcing, negotiation, stakeholder management, communication and collaboration skills. They are proactive, solution-oriented and have good self-leaderships skills together with an organized and structured way of working. Ability to work in cross-functional, international and fast-paced environment is also necessary for the role. - >3 years of experience in end-to end Strategic Sourcing, within the areas of Security related services and Field services. - Strong sourcing process and methodology knowledge, including contract drafting, negotiations, RFx and e‑auctions (preferably Coupa). - Experience with tools like Coupa and Qlik. - Strong data analytics skills. - Fluency in Swedish and English (both written and spoken). • Establishing positive relationships with our vendors and maintaining a detailed record of all purchase orders. • Identify and engage with engineering, operations, marketing, sales and quality team to understand commodity requirements and ensure supply base is aligned. • Understands commodities for supply chain operations, specifically finished goods and material and reports to the supply chain manager in the production department. • Supporting the development and implementation of advantaged purchasing strategies to support the procurement of products and material supplies for company operations.

• Strategic & operational responsibility with direct accountability for product categories, supplier strategy and significant influence on costs, quality and availability. • Strategy development: implement supplier strategies and build a resilient supplier network. • Negotiation & analysis: lead complex price negotiations and perform continuous market and trend analyses to secure competitive advantages. • Decision authority: evaluate and compare technical product solutions together with internal stakeholders and make sourcing decisions. • Value analysis: conduct should-cost analyses and establish Design-to-Cost approaches in product development. • Technical interface: identify and realize savings potential through specification changes and alternative materials. • Process structuring: analyze and build scalable procurement processes for a growing environment. • Automation: standardize workflows in ERP and procurement systems. • Lead procurement and transformation projects (especially indirect procurement / C-parts) with targeted implementation and an independent working style. • Strategic partner to Engineering, Operations and Finance; promote internal knowledge transfer within the team. • Manage categories using KPIs and solid reporting. • Actively shape cross-functional collaboration and share best practices within the team.
