• Strategic & operational responsibility with direct accountability for product categories, supplier strategy and significant influence on costs, quality and availability. • Strategy development: implement supplier strategies and build a resilient supplier network. • Negotiation & analysis: lead complex price negotiations and perform continuous market and trend analyses to secure competitive advantages. • Decision authority: evaluate and compare technical product solutions together with internal stakeholders and make sourcing decisions. • Value analysis: conduct should-cost analyses and establish Design-to-Cost approaches in product development. • Technical interface: identify and realize savings potential through specification changes and alternative materials. • Process structuring: analyze and build scalable procurement processes for a growing environment. • Automation: standardize workflows in ERP and procurement systems. • Lead procurement and transformation projects (especially indirect procurement / C-parts) with targeted implementation and an independent working style. • Strategic partner to Engineering, Operations and Finance; promote internal knowledge transfer within the team. • Manage categories using KPIs and solid reporting. • Actively shape cross-functional collaboration and share best practices within the team.
Job Requirements
- You have a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a comparable qualification.
- You have several years of experience in strategic purchasing or category management, ideally in building technology, electrical engineering or SHK (sanitary/heating/air conditioning).
- You have solid experience in leading negotiations and in establishing and developing supplier relationships.
- You bring experience in Cost Engineering, Design-to-Cost / Design-to-Value approaches or technical cost analysis.
- You work in a highly data-driven, analytical way and have a strong understanding of cost structures and market mechanisms.
- You think strategically, act pragmatically and enjoy taking responsibility in a dynamic environment.
- You are a strong communicator, assertive and persuasive when dealing with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- You have experience with ERP systems and modern procurement tools and are interested in further developing digital procurement processes.

The Buy & Bill Procurement Lead supports centralized procurement operations for Crossroads Treatment Centers. This role focuses on process management, training coordination, and daily operational support. Key responsibilities include monitoring supply and demand to maintain optimal inventory levels while minimizing waste, partnering with finance to reconcile invoices and ensure purchasing accuracy, and enforcing inventory compliance with internal policies and external regulations. This role also provides go-live support for new and existing clinics and contributes to strengthening overall Buy & Bill team performance.
