• Coordinate day-to-day activities for Epic-related clinical projects • Support project managers with timelines, deliverables, and documentation • Collaborate with clinicians, analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements • Track project progress and provide status updates to leadership • Assist with workflow analysis and process improvement initiatives • Schedule and facilitate meetings, training sessions, and communications • Maintain project documentation (plans, reports, issue logs, etc.) • Help manage risks, issues, and change requests • Support testing phases (unit testing, integrated testing, user acceptance testing) • Assist with go-live planning and post-implementation support
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, IT, business, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in healthcare, project coordination, or IT support
- Familiarity with Epic Clinical Applications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
