Senior Operations Data Analyst
Bullhorn
• Combine data reporting, analysis, and operational expertise to support the Bullhorn Professional Services department • Create reports and dashboards that track the health and performance of the business • Drive process and system improvements across key tools like OpenAir, Jira, and internal data platforms • Develop KPI definitions and reporting metrics that enable functional leaders to quickly assess the state of the business • Lead the design and delivery of dashboards, reports, and models that provide visibility into key performance metrics • Develop and maintain scalable analytics frameworks to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning • Forecast trends in project pipeline, resource capacity, and services revenue to inform headcount planning, staffing decisions, and project prioritization • Partner with Finance on reporting decks to facilitate regular cadence of business reviews
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a data analyst, operations analyst, or business operations role, with at least 2+ years in a senior or lead capacity
- Advanced knowledge of reporting and analytics tools including Tableau
- Strong coding skills; proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel capabilities
- Proficiency with statistics tools like R or Python is a plus
- Proven experience supporting or leading analytics for a professional services or customer success organization within a SaaS environment
- Experience with configuration and reporting with enterprise systems such as OpenAir, Jira, Salesforce, and related platforms
- Clear track record running system improvement initiatives that lead to better performance and efficiency
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experienced with process mapping and improvement methodologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred or equivalent practical experience)
