Senior Manager, Data Analytics – Interoperability
CVS Health
• Responsible for program analytics, data requests, value modeling, and end-to-end life cycle data monitoring. • Responsible for product post-production support of the electronic exchange of clinical data, focusing on supporting business operations. • Work collaboratively with Business, Clinical, Architecture, Compliance, IT, and Legal to deliver data requirements. • Assist with program strategy, and portfolio and planning initiatives. • Help with program value forecasting, tracking, and actuals. • Lead and manage teams, develop project plans, and ensure team accountability. • Address production issues, troubleshoot problems, and resolve incidents efficiently. • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance production support efficiency and effectiveness. • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on production support performance. • Contribute to the development and implementation of program strategy that aligns with business needs. • Work with internal and external IT hardware and software vendors to ensure organizational needs are met effectively.
Job Requirements
- 7-10 years or more of healthcare experience
- At least 5 years in data science and data analytics.
- Must be able to function in Tableau, GCP, Excel, QuickBase, and other databases
- At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager and/or Program Manager with a proven track record of managing complex projects
- Experience Electronic Health Records, and Clinical Data Structure / Data Exchange
- Executive presentation skills and knowledge of PowerPoint
- Ability to effectively coordinate multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex data sets
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Familiarity with Revenue Integrity and HEDIS/STARS business functions
- Knowledge of federal regulations and compliance requirements for government business
- Process mapping and discovery experience
- Certification in SAFe Agile methodology or Project Management Professional
