Position Overview: Blue Yonder is seeking a highly skilled Principal Solutions Advisor to join our innovative team. This senior role involves providing strategic guidance and expert advice on supply chain solutions to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Blue Yonder’s product suite and a proven ability to translate customer requirements into compelling solutions that drive business value. This role will lead a team of Solutions Advisors. Location: US-Remote with the ability to travel up to 50% What You'll Do: - Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on Blue Yonder’s supply chain solutions - Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business challenges and objectives, developing tailored solutions that drive value - Lead solution design and architecture efforts for complex, cross-product implementations - Work with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions, aligning with client expectations and business goals - Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to enhance Blue Yonder’s offerings - Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients and stakeholders - Participate in client review meetings to assess performance, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement What We're Looking For: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred - Minimum of 10 years of experience in solution architecture, product advisory, or consultative roles within the supply chain software industry - Management or team lead experience preferred - Strong understanding of supply chain concepts and Blue Yonder solutions - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of successfully delivering complex solutions to enterprise clients - Knowledge of AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics technologies as they apply to supply chain optimization - Proficiency in cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and data integration tools - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence - Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events *LI-HB1 #LI-Remote ------------------------------------------- The base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $190,000 The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
