• Collect, analyze, and document business and functional requirements • Create and maintain project documentation: Vision, Scope, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Use Cases, and User Flows • Plan and oversee project execution in collaboration with designers, developers, and QA engineers • Define, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog • Lead client meetings, demos, retrospectives, and workshops • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders • Ensure product delivery aligns with client business goals • Analyze results, gather feedback, and suggest improvements to enhance the product • Manage scope, time and budget
Job Requirements
- English level Advanced (written and verbal)
- Great communication skills
- Min 1.5 - 2 years of experience in Business Analyst / PO position in IT
- Min 3 years as a PM
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies (Scrum or Scrumban in particular)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentations
- Experience in conducting Discovery stage (take product from an idea to development)
- Requirements elicitation techniques: workshopping, document analysis, interviews
- Requirements documentation through User Stories and SRS
- Experience with mobile / web development in the Production
- Experience in outsource IT company on multiple projects
- Experience working in startups
- Experience working with managing Design projects
- Full cycle project ownership of budget

Role Description This is a fully remote position. We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to help drive clarity, focus, and execution across our Microsoft 365 product portfolio, including monitoring, reporting, governance, and adoption solutions. This role sits at the intersection of customers, engineering, support, and leadership, translating real-world customer problems into clear, actionable product requirements. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working close to the product, customers, and engineering, and who thrives in an environment where ownership matters more than titles.
