Senior Identity Analyst – IAM

• Deploy and configure IAM solutions (e.g., Ping Identity). • Participate in meetings with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements. • Create and maintain technical documentation (blueprints, flows, integrations). • Support the squad with technical questions and disseminate best practices. • Participate in agile ceremonies (dailies, planning, reviews, retrospectives). • Integrate legacy and modern systems with identity solutions. • Ensure compliance with security standards (OpenID, SAML, FAPI, Open Banking). • Perform testing, acceptance, and technical validations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed) — bachelor’s or technologist — in Technology-related fields.
- Proven experience with IAM solutions (Ping Identity, Okta, ForgeRock, Keycloak, etc.).
- Advanced knowledge of authentication protocols: OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0, SAML 2.0.
- Experience with Linux operating systems.
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure: AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI.
- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases.
- Experience with integrations via REST/SOAP APIs.
- Familiarity with version control tools (Git) and CI/CD.
- Experience with DevSecOps practices.
- Ability to develop or read Java code.
- Differentials:
- IAM certifications (e.g., Ping Identity Certified, Okta Certified Professional).
- Experience with DevSecOps.
- Knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture.
- Experience with LDAP and identity directories.
