• Advise our team on the design and further development of an intelligent learning architecture — from knowledge graphs and progression models to learning-goal-driven learning paths • Support the translation of school curriculum requirements into product- and system-ready concepts • Act as a sparring partner for Product Management, Tech, and Content in the conception of new features • Develop didactic quality principles and evaluation criteria for our learning systems together with the team • Bring the didactic perspective into strategic product decisions
Job Requirements
- You have several years of relevant experience in a senior subject-matter role in EdTech or the education sector
- You have previously designed and taken primary responsibility for adaptive learning systems, personalized learning architectures, or AI-driven learning applications
- You have a deep understanding of learning progression, competency models, and knowledge-graph-based structures
- You can develop didactic system logics, not just individual learning formats
- You translate complex pedagogical requirements into scalable, product- and system-ready concepts
- You have experience with learning analytics, impact frameworks, or data-informed development of learning systems
- German at native-speaker level
- Advantageous: Deep understanding of the German school system — including curricula, competency frameworks/matrices, and performance assessment
