• Lead the development and execution of strategies to identify, engage, and establish partnerships with educational institutions, universities, colleges, and language schools in Ghana. • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify target states in Ghana, key trends, competitive analysis, and potential opportunities for student recruitment. • Generate leads and opportunities through various channels, including networking events, conferences, online platforms, and referrals. • Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, agents, counselors, and other stakeholders in Ghana. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing and promotional campaigns tailored to the Ghanian market. • Provide expert guidance to the sales team in supporting students throughout the admission process. • Ensure compliance with international student regulations, maintain accurate records, and prepare necessary documentation for student placements. • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics and key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies. • Supervise and mentor the team providing guidance, training, and support to ensure professional growth.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., education, business administration, marketing, social sciences or a related field).
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in business development, student recruitment, admissions, student placement services in the education industry or a related field in Ghana or a similar market.
- Familiarity with international education systems, study abroad programs, admissions processes for universities and colleges, and visa requirements for various countries.
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with students, parents, and educational institutions.
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
