Job Description

Talent & People Manager

INPUT Global

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process: role scoping, job descriptions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding • Hire across multiple functions including PR, KOL/Influencer Marketing, Content, Events, Marketing, Sales, and Operations • Leverage strong understanding of the Web3 talent market, including sourcing strategies, compensation expectations, and candidate profiles • Work closely with team leads to understand hiring needs, seniority levels, and team structure • Manage relationships with external recruiters or partners when needed • Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, pipeline health, hiring needs) • Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience • Maintain and improve internal HR processes, policies, and documentation • Act as a point of contact for employee questions related to contracts, policies, time off, and people processes • Support performance review cycles, feedback processes, and team development initiatives

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment or HR, ideally in an agency environment (marketing, PR, communications, creative)
  • Experience hiring in fintech, Web3, AI, gaming, or emerging tech
  • Proven experience hiring across multiple functions and seniority levels
  • Excellent communication skills and strong written English
  • Highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • High level of ownership, discretion, and professionalism
