• Review client briefs and discovery notes to identify pain points, objectives, and opportunities • Translate discovery insights into tailored proposals and pitch narratives • Write and organize client proposals using existing Input templates and service menus • Collaborate with internal PR, KOL, and Creative leads to validate scopes, timelines, and margins • Maintain Input’s internal proposal library and continuously improve templates • Track proposal performance and identify patterns that increase close rate • Ensure proposals are clear, strategic, and client-ready within set turnaround timelines

• Manage social media accounts across X, LinkedIn, Telegram, and other relevant platforms • Build and execute social media strategies aligned with PR and marketing goals • Translate Web3, crypto, and tech narratives into clear, engaging content • Plan content calendars and coordinate with designers and content writers • Monitor performance, engagement, and trends to optimize output • Stay on top of Web3 conversations, memes, and industry shifts • Support launches, announcements, and event-related social campaigns
Talent & People Manager

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process: role scoping, job descriptions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding • Hire across multiple functions including PR, KOL/Influencer Marketing, Content, Events, Marketing, Sales, and Operations • Leverage strong understanding of the Web3 talent market, including sourcing strategies, compensation expectations, and candidate profiles • Work closely with team leads to understand hiring needs, seniority levels, and team structure • Manage relationships with external recruiters or partners when needed • Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, pipeline health, hiring needs) • Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience • Maintain and improve internal HR processes, policies, and documentation • Act as a point of contact for employee questions related to contracts, policies, time off, and people processes • Support performance review cycles, feedback processes, and team development initiatives
