Head of Product

• Define and execute the product roadmap in close collaboration with leadership • Turn customer insights, market trends, and data into clear product requirements • You’ll report to the CPO and lead, coach, and scale the product team across disciplines and geographies • Partner with engineering, design, customer success, and commercial teams to ensure successful delivery • Champion product quality through metrics (adoption rate, NPS, retention, feature usage), user research (interviews, usability tests, and surveys with target users), and customer feedback loops (in-app prompts, customer advisory boards, post-launch surveys) • Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize and optimize the product portfolio • Track and report on product KPIs that align to Factor Eleven’s business goal.

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management leadership experience working with SaaS products
  • Experience working in the AdTech or MarTech or retail advertising technology industry
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking with deep customer empathy
  • You have a builder mindset and are comfortable operating in growth mode
  • You live and breathe European markets
  • You know what makes users tick and what they need and turn that insight into game-changing features
  • You’re hands-on, proactive, and love moving from 0 to 1 and beyond
  • You turn your vision into reality fast
  • You are open to learn about an ever-changing field
  • You are excelent in using current tools and techniques of product development as well as agile methods (Lean, Scrum, Kanban)
  • You have succesful experiences in launching products in competitive markets
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator; experienced in working with distributed teams.
  • Fluent in English
  • Nice to have: Fluent in German.
