This is a hybrid opportunity based out of our Waltham, MA office. We are also open to remote candidates based in the greater Madison, WI area. Job Summary The Product Manager is responsible for Imprivata's strategic collaboration with Epic. This role is a new addition to a small but high-performing team in Product Management. This role will be the point person for Imprivata's relationship with Epic. The Product Manager will coordinate across all departments to integrate, optimize, and develop roadmaps related to the EHR. Duties and Responsibilities - Manage the strategic collaboration with Epic. - Create, grow, and maintain strategic relationships and contacts. - Work with cross functional teams at Epic to align priorities and drive internal roadmap requirements. - Partner closely with customer support to ensure joint Epic clients are successful. - Provide roadmap updates to customers, sales, customer success, and partners, sometimes in person on-site. - Partner closely with Engineering to ensure alignment and delivery of high-quality enterprise software. - Partner with documentation team to develop content. - Communicate collaboration strategy that aligns with business goals to key contributors, including the executive team. - Evaluate potential product opportunities to optimize investments and drive growth. - Other duties as assigned and required. Required Qualifications - Bachelors or Master's Degree in Healthcare related field, Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or in a related discipline, or equivalent experience. - 3-5 years of experience in product management. - Experience with Epic's EHR. - Experience in health care IT or software. - Experience working with agile development process. - Excellent presentation and written communication skills. This position offers a total compensation range of $113,400.00 to $136,500.00 (inclusive of base salary and variable compensation, such as bonuses and incentives). • Define and drive the long-term product vision, strategy, and quarterly roadmaps for Clovis. • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver seamless cross-chain lending, liquidity, and asset management experiences. • Conduct market and user research to map journeys, identify pain points, and ensure product-market fit. • Draft clear user stories, technical specifications, and product documentation that empower engineering and protocol teams. • Coordinate engineering sprints and ensure timely execution across cross-functional teams (frontend, backend, smart contracts, data, design, risk). • Work with data teams to set up dashboards, monitor product performance (e.g., TVL, user retention, transaction success), and propose actionable improvements. • Collaborate with risk teams to model economic implications, set protocol parameters, and maintain robust guardrails. • Cultivate partnerships, support integrations, and act as a Clovis advocate at industry and community events. • Oversee product releases, manage testing/QA processes, and own internal product excellence initiatives.

• Own the NKE product surface: control plane lifecycle management, API server availability, component upgrades, and cluster provisioning and teardown • Define our Kubernetes distribution strategy — packaging, conformance, version policy, and release cadence for NVIDIA-managed and on-premises environments • Drive upstream Kubernetes alignment: feature adoption, contribution strategy, and release tracking that keeps us current without introducing instability • Own developer and operator tooling for cluster management, diagnostics, and day-2 operations across environments • Define and publish tooling that enables on-premises customers and partners to deploy, run, and upgrade NVIDIA Kubernetes clusters independently • Drive service reliability, upgrade safety, and multi-tenant isolation at the provider layer
