Product Owner – Senior

• Evolve the digital acquisition funnel (traffic → lead → appointment booking) • Optimize conversion through A/B testing, CRO, and continuous journey improvement • Collaborate closely with marketing to maximize media performance • Improve lead quality (purchase intent and alignment with available inventory) • Instrument and monitor end-to-end metrics (CAC, conversion, ROI) • Prioritize the backlog based on business impact • Integrate the customer journey with CRM and customer service

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Strong data-driven and experimentation mindset (CRO, A/B testing)
  • Experience with high-volume digital products (B2C)
  • Ability to work with performance marketing
  • Solid understanding of funnel analytics and growth levers
  • Hands-on profile with strong prioritization skills and sense of impact
  • Clear communication with stakeholders (business, marketing, tech)
  • Nice-to-have: Experience with marketplaces or e-commerce
  • Experience with SEO/SEM
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (GA, Amplitude, etc.)

This is a hybrid opportunity based out of our Waltham, MA office. We are also open to remote candidates based in the greater Madison, WI area. Job Summary The Product Manager is responsible for Imprivata's strategic collaboration with Epic. This role is a new addition to a small but high-performing team in Product Management. This role will be the point person for Imprivata's relationship with Epic. The Product Manager will coordinate across all departments to integrate, optimize, and develop roadmaps related to the EHR. Duties and Responsibilities - Manage the strategic collaboration with Epic. - Create, grow, and maintain strategic relationships and contacts. - Work with cross functional teams at Epic to align priorities and drive internal roadmap requirements. - Partner closely with customer support to ensure joint Epic clients are successful. - Provide roadmap updates to customers, sales, customer success, and partners, sometimes in person on-site. - Partner closely with Engineering to ensure alignment and delivery of high-quality enterprise software. - Partner with documentation team to develop content. - Communicate collaboration strategy that aligns with business goals to key contributors, including the executive team. - Evaluate potential product opportunities to optimize investments and drive growth. - Other duties as assigned and required. Required Qualifications - Bachelors or Master's Degree in Healthcare related field, Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or in a related discipline, or equivalent experience. - 3-5 years of experience in product management. - Experience with Epic's EHR. - Experience in health care IT or software. - Experience working with agile development process. - Excellent presentation and written communication skills. This position offers a total compensation range of $113,400.00 to $136,500.00 (inclusive of base salary and variable compensation, such as bonuses and incentives). Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, such as a candidate's location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
