• Develop and implement token utility frameworks that align with long-term ecosystem value and user engagement. • Collaborate with Product, BD, and Tokenomics teams to design features that enhance token usage across protocols and applications. • Work closely with incubated projects to craft tailored token use-cases, both on-chain and off-chain. • Monitor adoption metrics and refine strategies based on data, market trends and user behavior. • Contribute to token economy modeling, incentive design and value accrual strategies. • Ensure regulatory alignment in the design and evolution of token utilities. • Stay ahead of trends across Web3, DeFi, GameFi and SocialFi to inspire innovative utility pathways.
Job Requirements
- Deep knowledge of token design, incentive structures and real-world utility case studies.
- 3–5 years experience in token utility, tokenomics or product roles in Web3 environments.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate on-chain/off-chain insights into strategic actions.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with remote, async teams.
