• Build relationships with founders, DAOs, protocols, funds and ecosystem partners • Source new crypto treasury opportunities and partnerships • Understand how Web3 teams manage capital and translate needs into practical treasury solutions • Support onboarding and ongoing management of treasury mandates • Own conversations from first intro through execution • Represent SVH at Web3 events, meetups and conferences • Share market insights to help shape treasury strategy and offerings

• Shape and execute SVH’s DeFi roadmap. • Monitor trends across DeFi, L2s, staking and yield strategies. • Build relationships with DeFi protocols, DAOs and liquidity providers. • Analyze performance and risk across protocols, recommend adjustments. • Collaborate with Tokenomics, Product and BD teams to support incubated projects. • Represent SVH in public forums and protocol communities.

• Develop and implement token utility frameworks that align with long-term ecosystem value and user engagement. • Collaborate with Product, BD, and Tokenomics teams to design features that enhance token usage across protocols and applications. • Work closely with incubated projects to craft tailored token use-cases, both on-chain and off-chain. • Monitor adoption metrics and refine strategies based on data, market trends and user behavior. • Contribute to token economy modeling, incentive design and value accrual strategies. • Ensure regulatory alignment in the design and evolution of token utilities. • Stay ahead of trends across Web3, DeFi, GameFi and SocialFi to inspire innovative utility pathways.

• Execute trades and manage portfolio risk across CEX/DEX platforms, following team rotas for coverage (CET time zone). • Monitor markets for yield, arbitrage, and alpha opportunities. • Oversee market-making books with smooth risk handovers and compliance. • Work with Tokenomics, Quant, and Tech teams to refine trading strategies, tools, and data pipelines. • Develop scalable solutions: pricing models, hedging frameworks, and backtesting tools. • Provide real-time feedback on market dynamics and strategy performance. • Interface with clients in key regions, explaining trading/market-making principles clearly. • Share trader insights on market structure, token dynamics, and execution trends. • Ensure adherence to global regulations and internal reporting standards. • Maintain robust treasury visibility and risk controls.
