• Design and build APIs and services in our NestJS/TypeScript backend • Build and iterate on user-facing features in our React/TypeScript frontend • Own features end-to-end from understanding the problem to production observability • Ensure the delivery of high-quality software by implementing comprehensive automated testing • Work within our AWS infrastructure and make informed decisions about service boundaries • Proactively identify and resolve production issues • Mentor other engineers through code review, pairing, and architectural guidance

• Design, build and own backend services and workflows that automate complex, multi-step processes • Implement reliable orchestration for long-running workflows, including state management, retries and recovery • Integrate unstructured data assessment into automation flows, including document analysis and external system interaction • Build and maintain headless and API-driven interactions with third-party tools where direct integration is limited • Design retrieval and context assembly flows that balance accuracy, performance and cost • Define and enforce clear boundaries for automated actions, validation and human intervention • Own application-layer integration with automation, including status, progress, confidence and recovery surfaces • Implement user-facing flows for initiating, monitoring, validating and overriding automated behavior • Ensure failures, retries and partial execution are visible and understandable to users • Design explainability and audit views that reflect real system behavior • Ensure automated workflows are observable, testable and auditable end to end • Optimize services for performance and cost as usage scales, with explicit focus on reducing cost to serve • Contribute to shared platform patterns for automation, messaging, caching, memory and state management • Work closely with Product, Data, Design and Security teams to ensure automation aligns with business outcomes and trust requirements • Continuously identify opportunities to replace manual operational work with safe, scalable automation

• develop a flexible BMS-algorithm simulation platform • work with experts in the field to create and parameterize models • implement standard and custom state of charge (SOC), state of health (SOH), state of available power (SOAP), and state of energy (SOE) algorithms • benchmark algorithm performance under different assumed hardware configurations • conduct diminishing-returns analysis

• Own the development of new Red Hat Enterprise Linux sales opportunities. • Lead customer presentations/sessions around business problems, Red Hat solutions, business value, competitive positioning, product capabilities, and roadmaps. • Maintain relevant and detailed knowledge about products in your domain. • Advises on and speaks to forecasts for appropriate products, services and training. • Drive adoption and growth beyond initial sales and deployment to scale and expand to other relevant products. • Coordinate with other technical sellers on the delivery of the proposed business value/solution.
