This is a client-facing training role, not a support role. You’ll be responsible for delivering clear, structured, and engaging sessions that drive product adoption and long-term success. What You'll Do - Lead live onboarding sessions via Zoom for new clients - Deliver structured product walkthroughs and training sessions - Explain platform features in a clear, practical, and engaging way - Answer client questions confidently during live sessions - Help clients successfully adopt and use the platform - Represent the company in a professional, client-facing environment - This position focuses on external client training rather than internal HR training.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience delivering training, onboarding, or customer education sessions
  • Experience leading live sessions, workshops, or presentations (not just supporting training)
  • Strong ability to explain processes, tools, or platforms clearly
  • Excellent communication skills suitable for U.S.-based clients
  • English level: C1 or C2 (required)
  • Reliable internet and professional remote setup
  • We’re Especially Interested In Candidates Who Have:
  • Experience onboarding customers or users onto a tool, platform, or structured process
  • Background in:
  • Customer Success / Onboarding
  • Product Training / Enablement
  • Learning & Development / Corporate Training
  • Teaching (with structured group delivery)
  • Experience delivering sessions via Zoom or similar tools
  • Familiarity with CRM or software tools (a plus, not required)
  • This Role is NOT a Fit For:
  • Customer support roles without training responsibilities
  • HR onboarding focused only on internal employees
  • Administrative or coordination roles without training delivery
  • ESL/teaching roles without structured presentation or facilitation experience

  • Experience in customer education, onboarding, or implementation
  • Ability to quickly learn and explain software tools
  • Experience working with international or U.S.-based clients
