Your role in our team As a Junior Mechanical Design Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of new an innovative products and solutions for our customers. Key Responsibilities - Research, design, develop and customize mechanical systems and components that fulfil product/customer specification and applicable standards and regulations. - Identify solutions to improve and optimize products. - Maintain accurate records of design iterations and changes. - Promote and encourage the incorporation of new technological trends that make the operation of the area more complete, effective, efficient and profitable, ensuring and improving the service provided to customers. - Define, plan and execution of test plans. - Assess all engineering prototypes to determine issues or risks. - Estimate cost and budgets for new designs. - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, software developers, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems within larger projects. - Promote the continuous improvement process, often re-evaluating processes and working methods. - Ensure compliance with the company's policy for quality, environment, and safety.
