Responsabilités principales - Superviser, coacher et inspirer une équipe de spécialistes QA, en étant un point de contact clé entre les TI, le développement et l’assurance qualité. - Assurer la planification, l’assignation des tâches et le suivi des livrables QA dans un environnement Agile/Scrum. - Piloter et optimiser les stratégies de tests (fonctionnels, exploratoires et automatisés) pour garantir la qualité des solutions logicielles. - Contribuer activement à la réalisation de tests manuels et participer directement à l’élaboration, l’implantation et au maintien des suites de tests automatisés. - Encourager l’amélioration continue des méthodes de travail QA et participer à la résolution proactive de problématiques qualité. - Être responsable de l’implémentation et de l’évolution des frameworks et outils d’automatisation de tests tout en contribuant au transfert de connaissances au sein de l’équipe. - Collaborer activement avec les Product Owners, développeurs et parties prenantes afin d’assurer la livraison des logiciels selon les besoins métiers et réglementaires. - Contribuer à la sélection des outils, à la gestion des environnements de test, et à la mitigation des risques liés à la qualité logicielle. Profil recherché - 7 ans + d’expérience en assurance qualité logicielle, incluant un minimum de 3 ans avec des responsabilités de gestion ou de lead d’équipe. - Expérience significative en test automatisé et frameworks associés. - Maîtrise des techniques de test manuel et automatisé et volonté de contribuer activement dans les deux volets. - Aisance avec les pratiques et outils Agile. - Leadership démontré, excellentes compétences en organisation, en communication et en résolution de problèmes. - Aptitude à motiver, développer et faire grandir une équipe. - Expérience dans le secteur juridique ou comptable (atout considérable). - Une bonne maîtrise du français et de l’anglais est requise car le titulaire du poste aura à communiquer fréquemment dans les deux langues, tant oralement que par écrit. The Senior Analyst supports the end-to-end audit lifecycle—planning, walkthroughs, design assessment, testing, documentation, reporting, and remediation verification—while partnering cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, IT, and other business areas. The role leverages audit technology (including AuditBoard) and data-driven techniques to enhance audit quality, efficiency, and insight, and contributes to risk assessment and the annual audit plan. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Lead and execute compliance and audit activities, including process walkthroughs, control design assessments, testing, and preparation of audit documentation in accordance with applicable standards. - Perform operational, financial, and compliance audits to evaluate effectiveness, efficiency, and alignment with organizational objectives. - Identify control deficiencies, process gaps, and risk exposures; perform root cause analysis and develop practical, value‑added recommendations. - Prepare clear, well‑supported audit workpapers and reports that communicate risks, root causes, and recommended actions to management. - Utilize AuditBoard to manage audit planning, execution, reporting, issue tracking, and follow‑up activities. - Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to support remediation efforts, validate corrective actions, and monitor resolution of prior findings. - Contribute to annual risk assessments, ICFR scoping, and development of the internal audit plan using business insight, analytics, and emerging risk considerations. - Coordinate with external auditors, as assigned, to support audit deliverables and promote efficient reliance. - Drive continuous improvement of audit and assurance processes using technology, data analytics, automation, and trend analysis. - Support special projects, investigations, and ERM‑related activities as assigned; remain current on auditing standards, regulatory requirements, and industry risks, and adhere to IIA Standards.
