The Role We are looking for a Technical Implementation Consultant who can take ownership of the technical side of client implementations, with a strong focus on data integration, system connectivity, and data reliability. You will partner closely with client technical teams to ensure data flows correctly into IN-Gauge and supports real-time insights from day one. Job Description This role is part of our Youth & Recreational Sports group, comprised of technology platforms such as SportsEngine HQ, SportsEngine Motion, SportsEngine Play and SportsEngine Tourney. We enable athletes, parents, coaches and team administrators in the youth and recreational space to manage their organizations, collect payments, share schedules, find programs to participate in and connect with other families. Additionally, NCSI enables leagues and organizations to properly screen and train coaches in an effort to keep kids safe.  The Manager, Implementation (Registration) is responsible for: People Leadership & Talent Development - Inspect key performance metrics and provide coaching, feedback, and career development guidance. - Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop Implementation Specialists. - Partner with leadership and HR on employee relations, 1:1s, performance management, and reviews. - Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture. - Establish clear ownership for onboarding tasks and ensure teams have the tools to succeed. Operational Leadership & Delivery - Oversee daily workflow across all activation processes, providing technical guidance and support. - Lead activation projects from planning through completion, ensuring timelines, milestones, and quality standards are met. - Serve as the primary escalation point for complex activation issues, delivering strategic solutions. - Lead and manage the onboarding and activation lifecycle for Enterprise clients from contract execution through go-live and post-activation processing. - Own and manage a portion of Enterprise accounts within the pipeline to drive volume and achieve annual activation goals. - Participate in the planning and execution of custom Enterprise onboarding initiatives, including webinars, client communications, and structured activation plans.
