• Implement and configure Active Roles in enterprise environments • Support requirements workshops and translate outcomes into actionable configuration and delivery tasks • Build and validate integrations (AD, LDAP, APIs, basic infrastructure dependencies) • Execute testing, troubleshooting, and operational readiness steps • Produce clear handover documentation and run knowledge transfer sessions • Contribute to reusable assets, accelerators, and continuous improvement of delivery quality
Job Requirements
- Hands-on experience in Windows, AD, identity-related tooling, or enterprise software delivery
- Solid troubleshooting skills and a structured approach to documentation
- Customer-facing communication skills and professionalism
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup with good task prioritization
- Exposure to IAM concepts is a plus, willingness to learn is required

This is a highly hands-on role focused on building, maintaining, and improving the PatientX Hub (based on Go High Level). The ideal candidate will translate business needs into workflows, automations, and functional integrations, ensuring efficient and reliable system performance. This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented, technical, and proactive, who enjoys building, testing, troubleshooting, and continuously improving systems in a dynamic environment.
