• Provide comprehensive personal and professional support to the Director • Manage the Director’s diary, priorities, and daily workflow • Coordinate business and personal matters with discretion and care • Support delivery of marketing initiatives and maintain communication with internal and external teams • Draft correspondence, prepare documents, and support project logistics • Liaise with the finance team to ensure integrity in contract and financial management processes • Oversee travel, logistics, and personal commitments to ensure seamless integration with business demands • Act as a trusted confidant and operational anchor for the Director
Job Requirements
- Proven experience supporting senior executives or founders in dynamic environments
- Skilled at managing competing priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working flexibly (not a 9–5 structure)
- Self-motivated, dependable, and solutions-focused
- Excellent communicator — polished, professional, and emotionally intelligent
- Confident managing both personal and business matters with discretion
- Marketing or digital experience preferred (not essential)
- Background in coaching, learning & development, or professional services is an advantage
- Tech-savvy and confident with modern productivity and collaboration tools
