Director Hotel Operations – Corporate
Ruby
• Take overall operational responsibility for all Ruby Hotels and ensure that quality, efficiency and profitability are maintained • Lead and develop our Cluster Hotel Managers and their teams – with a clear focus on performance, potential and personality • Monitor KPIs, budgets and processes, analyze results and derive sustainable improvements • Bridge strategy and hands-on operations: think entrepreneurially while staying close to day-to-day operations • Ensure Ruby standards and brand values are lived in every hotel – from atmosphere to guest experience • Work closely with teams from F&B, Rooms, Openings, Interior and other Group Functions to continuously improve operational workflows
Job Requirements
- Bring at least 10 years of experience in hotel operations – with at least 5 years in group-wide or multi-property leadership roles
- Lead with clarity and empathy, and know how to inspire and empower others
- Think entrepreneurially, act solution-oriented and communicate clearly
- Be strong with numbers, decisive and never lose attention to detail
- Understand that culture is not a "nice to have" but the key to sustainable success
- Speak fluent German and English and feel comfortable in international structures
