Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an IT-related degree (IT support, IT administration, computer science, or similar).
- A basic understanding of IT, networks, and how systems connect.
- Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and/or Microsoft 365 applications.
- A service-oriented mindset — you genuinely enjoy helping colleagues and making their day easier.
- Good written and spoken English skills.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn, especially in cloud and automation.
- Some experience with Intune, SharePoint, or Dynamics 365.
- Interest in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Graph API, etc.).
- Any prior IT support experience — even informal or from studies.
