Marketing Designer

• Create high quality, visually compelling marketing assets (carousels, banners, promos, motion) for Jumper across platforms like X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and Discord • Translate ideas and briefs into engaging visual content that follows our brand language • Maintain and evolve brand consistency across channels • Use tools like Figma to design marketing visuals, motions and animations. • Experiment with AI tools (Midjourney, Flora AI, etc.) to enhance creative output and speed • Collaborate with marketing, community and product teams in an async, remote environment to ensure alignment and creative quality • Contribute to the continuous evolution of Jumper’s visual identity in the Web3 space • Contribute to campaign concepts and visual direction

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in graphic or marketing design
  • Previous experience in Crypto is a must
  • Strong visual taste and fundamentals: composition, color, typography, visual hierarchy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration
  • Familiarity with animation or motion tools is a plus
  • Previous work creating digital/social media assets
  • Skilled in Figma and comfortable working with brand libraries and design systems
  • Uses AI tools in their workflow:
  • Can prompt effectively and iterate on outputs
  • Understands AI image workflows (style, upscaling, variations)
  • Integrates AI-generated assets into polished final designs
  • Comfortable working with tools like Flora AI
  • Actively experiments with new AI + creative tech
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, async-first and fully-remote environment
  • Curious, driven, and eager to learn and adapt quickly
