Sales Development Representative

Omnora

• Lead generation and identification: Research and identify potential customers who could benefit from our SaaS solution. • Cold outreach and initial contact: Actively reach out to prospective customers and generate interest in our SaaS platform. • Lead qualification: Conduct initial conversations with leads to assess their needs. • Lead nurturing and follow-up: Ensure prospective customers remain engaged and are reminded of our offering when appropriate. • Continuous analysis and feedback: Analyze the market and provide valuable feedback. • KPI achievement: Work goal-oriented and meet your defined KPIs. • Collaboration with marketing and sales: Coordinate regularly with our marketing team. • Representation of Omnora: Represent Omnora at trade shows and events.

Job Requirements

  • Passion for sales: Enthusiasm for the sales process and selling.
  • Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
  • Experience in lead qualification: Strong ability to identify potential customers and understand their needs.
  • Technical understanding of SaaS: Basic understanding of SaaS solutions.
  • Experience in cold outreach: Experience acquiring new customers for complex B2B SaaS solutions with a focus on enterprise customers.
  • Initiative and results orientation: Exceptional self-starter with a results-driven mindset.
  • Team player with a collaborative attitude: Work closely with our Account Executives and marketing team, and maintain a continuous drive for improvement and development.
