Legal Reception Agent

• Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner • Transfer calls to the appropriate individual or department based on client needs • Accurately document call details and interactions in the system • Assign follow up tasks for missed or unresolved calls • Notify team members of important calls, messages, or pending matters • Follow up on unanswered calls and emails as needed • Maintain clear and professional communication with internal teams and clients • Manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently in a remote environment • Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance metrics • Maintain professionalism, reliability, and accountability in all interactions

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center environment
  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Experience working in a metrics driven environment
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Tech savvy and comfortable using CRM systems and communication tools
  • Reliable high speed internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps required)
  • Quiet and professional remote work environment
  • Noise canceling headset required
  • Computer with Mac OS or Windows 10 (or newer), minimum 8 GB RAM
  • Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
