Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a System and Network Administrator, with a proven track record of installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting network and data center technologies.
  • 2+ years of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role, providing frontline support and resolving issues via ticketing systems.
  • Expertise in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure cloud platforms, including advanced user and group management, permissions, and cloud services administration.
  • In-depth knowledge of firewall technologies and VPN solutions such as Cisco AnyConnect, Meraki, SonicWall, and Fortinet, with hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting these systems.
  • Strong proficiency in VMWare and other virtualization platforms, including virtual machine setup, maintenance, and performance tuning.
  • Experience managing Windows desktop and server environments (20082022), with a strong understanding of patch management, updates, and system hardening.
  • Proficiency with ticketing and remote management tools such as ConnectWise, Kaseya, ServiceNow, and other similar platforms.
