• Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Körber (HighJump) WMS solutions • Manage a team of consultants, developers, and support engineers • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into scalable WMS solutions • Oversee system configuration, custom development, and integrations with enterprise systems • Drive warehouse process optimization across inbound, outbound, and inventory management • Ensure seamless integration with ERP, OMS, and TMS systems • Own project delivery including planning, execution, and governance • Support pre-sales activities: solutioning, effort estimation, and client presentations
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Warehouse Management Systems
- Strong hands-on experience with Körber WMS (HighJump)
- Proven experience in leading WMS implementations and support projects
- Deep understanding of warehouse operations
- Understanding of supply chain processes in 3PL / Retail / eCommerce environments
- Experience in system configuration and customization
- Experience with integrations (API, EDI, middleware)
- Experience in data migration and system upgrades
