Job Requirements
- Mindestens 5–8 Jahre relevante Erfahrung im internationalen Vertrieb, idealerweise im SaaS-Umfeld.
- Nachweisliche Erfolge im Aufbau und der Skalierung internationaler Vertriebsorganisationen.
- Erfahrung in der cross-funktionalen Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing-, Customer-Success- und Produktteams.
- Tiefes Verständnis für Cloud-Software-Vertrieb, bevorzugt in den Bereichen Finanz-/Buchhaltungssoftware, ERP-Integrationen oder Dokumentenmanagement.
- Erfahrung mit komplexen technischen Produkten oder Automatisierungssoftware von Vorteil.
- Verhandlungssicheres Englisch (C1/C2); weitere Fremdsprachen (z. B. Französisch, Spanisch) sind je nach Zielregion ein Plus.
- Ausgeprägte Präsentations- und Verhandlungsstärke auf Entscheider- und C-Level.
- Stark daten- und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise.
- Sicherer Umgang mit CRM-Systemen, Forecasting-Modellen und Sales-Analytics.
