• Conduct technical exchange meetings specifically covering CDM issues and efforts focused on cyber data collection. • Identify and define potential DHS HQ and DHS Component requirements for short-term cybersecurity projects. • Develop individual strategic roadmaps for DHS HQ and DHS Components for cybersecurity projects. • Prepare, document, and maintain current information regarding the procedures and protocols to engage with the Government customer. • Assist Components with identifying areas of data quality improvement.

• Adapt global agreement templates for local use, ensuring alignment with local requirements and standard operating procedures. • Develop and negotiate clinical site budgets based on Fair Market Value. • Negotiate the language and budget terms of agreements with clinical study sites, engaging with site administration if needed, especially with partner sites. • Serve as the primary point of contact with Legal, as required, to maintain contract integrity. • Track and maintain the status of each agreement, including budgets, issues, payments, amendments, and all communications with internal and external parties for the duration of the study. • Ensure final contract documents accurately reflect the agreements reached during negotiations. • Guarantee timely execution of all agreements to contribute to efficient site start-up timelines. • Support both internal and external audit activities. • Ensure compliance with sponsor Code of Conduct and all company policies relating to people, finance, technology, and security. • Ensure that all contracts are filed, maintained and archived within the electronic Trial Master File (eTMF).

Role Description The ECM Territory Manager (ETM) reports to an ECM Regional Manager (ECM RM) and supervises a direct staff of up to 15 Community Health Navigators. The ETM is responsible for leading their team to achieve monthly and quarterly performance goals, including: - Effective outreach and member engagement through door knocks and telephonic outreach - Timely completion of assessments and care plans - Delivery of quality care - Successful graduation of members The ETM also maintains audit readiness by ensuring compliance with HIPAA, documentation standards, and all state and health plan regulatory requirements. The ETM is expected to flex their schedule to meet the program's objectives. Qualifications - Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience managing others in health, social, or community services - High School Degree or equivalent - Strong analytical skills with a clear understanding and comfort with data, dashboards, and reporting tools - Ability to manage a P & L - Ability to adapt to constant change and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Ability to solve problems, think critically, and collaborate effectively - Curious and relentless nature - Understanding of patient-centered care and whole person care models Requirements - Meet performance metrics, goals, and deadlines for their team while motivating them to achieve and exceed goals - Manage the day-to-day operations for their territory, including conducting one-on-one performance and caseload reviews - Track individual productivity, growth, member engagement, quality of care, and graduation - Engage with community-based organizations, health plans, and other partners - Provide ongoing virtual and field-based coaching and development to the field team - Advise Community Health Navigators on creating SMART goals and overcoming barriers with members - Problem-solve issues raised by CHNs in a creative manner - Support program expansion, staffing needs, and operational enhancements - Hire, manage, and coach staff - Manage Profit and Loss for the territory - Ensure timely review and approval of payroll, expenses, and other compliance requirements within territory

• Manage the firm’s trademark and copyright docket to ensure prompt and correct docketing of deadlines for domestic and international trademark and copyright matters; • Supervise docketing team in their work to achieve that goal • Update and maintain an operating and user manual and guides for the firm’s trademark and copyright docketing activities • Interface with Department Chair, Practice Group Leader, paralegals, and attorneys in the group to respond to requests for information and to deliver top-notch client service • Coordinate with Director of Practice Management to ensure that Firm’s trademark and copyright docketing database is maintained, checked for data quality, and upgraded as necessary • Create docket reports upon request by attorneys and other firm personnel • Ensure that all docketing guidelines and requirements are following Firm’s standards and best practices • Monitor and maintain reports for statistical analysis • Manage intake of transferred files and entry into docket • Establish standards for processing and forwarding of docketed items to ensure docketing policies and procedures are implemented by department personnel • Train, mentor, develop and evaluate trademark and copyright docketing staff • Conduct annual performance evaluations; provide performance management counseling for IP Docket Staff
