OEM Enterprise Manager

NVIDIA

• Drive OEMs AI Enterprise business at country level including enablement, training and business/pipeline management. • Work with OEMs on Funnel, Pipeline & Revenue on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis. • Engage & manage the channel Enterprise OEM teams at OEMs, drive & complete programs by working closely with OEMs & NVIDIA channel team. • Interact directly with NVIDIA HQ OEM channel team for global programs. • Enable & train OEM Enterprise teams on NVIDIA platforms, solutions & technologies. • Develop and complete a GTM strategy and business plan linked to NVIDIA key initiatives and OEM strategy. • Ensure collaboration between the different ecosystem players. • Ensure ongoing Reporting & Transparency. • Ability to travel as much as >40% of the time.

Job Requirements

  • Native German
  • Proficiency in English
  • University degree or above or equivalent experience in economics/international business combined with computer science background
  • 8+ years OEM Enterprise sales & OEM Enterprise channel experiences in IT/AI industry selling solutions within Germany and Central Europe
  • Ability to balance between actual operational execution and long term strategy – focus & flexibility
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Autonomous, self-motivated, strong ability to get things done, focused, and passionate.
  • Acts like a Business Owner, but also as a phenomenal teammate - loves to work in a team environment.

Role Description The ECM Territory Manager (ETM) reports to an ECM Regional Manager (ECM RM) and supervises a direct staff of up to 15 Community Health Navigators. The ETM is responsible for leading their team to achieve monthly and quarterly performance goals, including: - Effective outreach and member engagement through door knocks and telephonic outreach - Timely completion of assessments and care plans - Delivery of quality care - Successful graduation of members The ETM also maintains audit readiness by ensuring compliance with HIPAA, documentation standards, and all state and health plan regulatory requirements.
