Account Manager

Danaher Corporation

• Develop strong business relationships with customers, by earning trust and loyalty through providing Cytiva workflow solutions and becoming a trusted advisor • Attain or exceed the business objectives related to existing accounts: developing new accounts, succeeding in understanding assigned accounts, targeting market segments, and introducing new products and workflow solutions as directed by company goals and strategy • Work with a Cytiva product sales specialist team in demonstrating the breadth and range of Cytiva capabilities • Be a product specialist within certain aspects of the Cytiva product line-primarily focusing on Research Consumables • Build business strategies in assigned territory and partner with fellow Cytiva colleagues and distribution partners to achieve revenue growth targets • Be accountable for timely and accurate forecasting of pipeline & sales funnel using salesforce.com

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in the Life Sciences field, or equivalent experience
  • 4 plus years of successful commercial experience, including but not limited to sales, marketing, technical support, and field applications support within biotechnology/pharmaceutical industries in Life Sciences research or a combination of experience post-bachelor working experience in a Biotech, Pharma, or Academic lab
  • Strong influencing, interpersonal, and networking skills to drive collaborative culture at all levels
  • Proven account management and project planning skills
  • High-level presentation skills: able to present complex ideas to customers in a way that produces understanding and impact
  • French and English fluency
  • Ability to travel up to 60–70% within the assigned territory in France
