• SEO content creation & AI-assisted writing: You create search-engine-optimized content that engages both users and Google. • Keyword research & content optimization: You identify relevant keywords and use data-driven optimizations to ensure our content not only reads well but also delivers measurable results. • Content strategy & editorial planning: You develop content strategies, create editorial calendars, and contribute creative, performance-oriented ideas. • Content performance analysis: Using analytics tools, you track content performance and derive data-based optimization opportunities. • On-page SEO & structuring: You optimize metadata, internal linking, and content structures to ensure the best possible discoverability and user experience. • Collaboration with internal & external teams: You act as the primary contact for internal and external partners, ensuring smooth communication and top-notch stakeholder management. • CMS & web content maintenance: You maintain and optimize content directly in CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify and ensure optimal presentation. • SEO trends & AI tools: You stay up to date with the latest developments in SEO and AI-supported copywriting.
Job Requirements
- You are an experienced content specialist with an SEO focus and have developed and implemented content strategies in agencies or in-house teams.
- You have strong experience in SEO content creation and produce search-optimized, audience-relevant copy—ideally with demonstrable success in improving website and content rankings.
- You treat AI as a tool, not a replacement. You know how to use AI tools sensibly to work efficiently without sacrificing quality.
- Self-organization & remote work are second nature to you. You are used to working independently, organizing yourself, and communicating efficiently.
- CMS platforms, analytics tools & AI software are familiar to you. Experience with WordPress, Shopify, Sistrix, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, SurferSEO or similar tools is an advantage.
- You are confident with language and have strong writing skills. Native-level German proficiency, both written and spoken, is required.
