What You'll Be Doing: - ​​Deploy, configure, and maintain endpoint management tools (e.g., Microsoft Intune, SCCM, JAMF, or similar). - ​Develop scripts and automation workflows to streamline endpoint management tasks. - ​Help maintain device groups, dynamic assignments, and configuration profiles. - ​Build and test application packages and scripts for deployment (Win32, MSI, PKG). - ​Monitor deployments, troubleshoot failures, and document remediation steps. - ​Support monthly patch cycles for OS and third-party applications. - ​Track compliance, address non-compliant devices, and escalate issues appropriately. - ​Respond to tickets, perform root-cause analysis on endpoint issues, and contribute to knowledge base articles. - ​Collaborate with Service Desk and Security teams to remediate device health and compliance problems. - ​Maintain accurate documentation of packages, policies, SOPs, and runbooks.​ What We Are Searching For: - ​​Bachelor’s degree, or its international equivalent, in Computer Science/Information Technology or related discipline, or equivalent combined education and experience - ​3+ years of experience in endpoint management and administration.
