Endpoint Management Engineer II

What You'll Be Doing: - ​​Deploy, configure, and maintain endpoint management tools (e.g., Microsoft Intune, SCCM, JAMF, or similar). - ​Develop scripts and automation workflows to streamline endpoint management tasks. - ​Help maintain device groups, dynamic assignments, and configuration profiles. - ​Build and test application packages and scripts for deployment (Win32, MSI, PKG). - ​Monitor deployments, troubleshoot failures, and document remediation steps. - ​Support monthly patch cycles for OS and third-party applications. - ​Track compliance, address non-compliant devices, and escalate issues appropriately. - ​Respond to tickets, perform root-cause analysis on endpoint issues, and contribute to knowledge base articles. - ​Collaborate with Service Desk and Security teams to remediate device health and compliance problems. - ​Maintain accurate documentation of packages, policies, SOPs, and runbooks.​ What We Are Searching For: - ​​Bachelor’s degree, or its international equivalent, in Computer Science/Information Technology or related discipline, or equivalent combined education and experience - ​3+ years of experience in endpoint management and administration. Background in CRO, pharmaceutical, biotech development, or health care industry preferred - ​Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune or similar platforms. - ​Working knowledge of Windows 11 administration (Group Policy, registry basics), macOS fundamentals, iOS/Android basics. - ​Endpoint security controls: disk encryption (Bitlocker/FileVault), antivirus/EDR concepts, firewall configuration. - ​Proficiency in PowerShell or other scripting languages. - ​Understanding of patching processes, software packaging, and app lifecycle management. - ​Strong troubleshooting skills, analytical and have proven problem-solving abilities - ​Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, written, verbal), excellent team player; collaborative; consensus builder - ​Sound organizational and time-management skills, must be able to prioritize and re-prioritize as needed in a fast-paced working environment, especially when dealing with time sensitive issues and mandated deadlines - ​Customer service focused on approach to work both internally and externally - ​Willingness to self-train in new areas appropriate to Endpoint Management​ Premier Research is dedicated to providing compensation that is fair and competitive with market standards. The minimum annualized starting base pay for this role is 99,000 PLN. The actual salary will be influenced based on a variety of factors such as qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. We also offer comprehensive benefits packages, which may include health insurance, life insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and an Employee Assistance Program.
