• You will manage and administer our operations tools (e.g., Sentry, CheckMK, GitLab). • You ensure monitoring via CheckMK and continuously improve it. • You maintain and develop our Proxmox and Azure systems. • You manage the on-premises and corporate network (routing, port forwarding, VLAN management, VPNs). • You administer access rights and implement automated access-control concepts. • You design and implement improvements to network architecture and security. • You customize and further develop GitLab CI/CD pipelines. • You maintain and optimize AWX playbooks (Ansible). • You implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible. • You administer access (Entra ID / Azure AD, third-party applications) and implement automated role and permission concepts. • You develop and maintain deployment solutions for Azure Cloud. • You containerize and maintain applications using Docker. • In close collaboration with the development team, you ensure optimal deployment processes. • As a central point of contact, you answer questions from external customers and internal departments. • You are responsible for 2nd-level support for our internal teams.
Job Requirements
- You have solid experience with Azure and/or AWS services.
- You have extensive knowledge of routing, VLANs, VPNs, and DNS.
- You are proficient with Linux and Bash scripting.
- You have experience with Terraform and Ansible.
- You have strong knowledge of Docker and container orchestration.
- Fluent German and good English skills complete your profile.
- Ideally, you have experience with monitoring and logging tools as well as deployments on Hetzner Cloud.
- Knowledge of Active Directory or Azure AD is a plus.

Job Summary & Responsibilities The Reliability Engineer (RE) will report to the Reliability Engineering Manager in the Technology Department. RE will work closely with engineering, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure Inspira's systems are highly available, scalable, and secure. RE will play a crucial role in deployments, incident response, system reliability, and performance optimization, while also contributing to long reliability-term infrastructure strategies. Working within a team environment, the RE participates directly IT realiabilityin solution creation, providing hands-on support as well as operational support and training.
