• Responsible for generating revenue utilizing a consultative selling approach to small/medium business segment customers • Works through cold calling campaigns, lead source generation, and referrals • Generates own sales leads and prospects • Consistently meets or exceeds weekly and monthly sales activity goals • Establishes and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction • Searches for potential small/medium business customers • Conducts pre-sales activities to understand customer needs • Negotiates and closes sales by effectively communicating WM's value proposition • Adjusts sales technique depending on the nature of the prospect • Conducts post-sale administrative work to ensure successful product/service implementation

You will manage a dedicated lead list of ~225 merchants, spend the majority of your day cold calling, and drive a structured, repeatable process to pitch, consult, and close new partners on our platform.
