• Own major areas of the frontend codebase, leading architecture decisions and ensuring performance, reliability, and consistency across the product. • Design and implement new UI elements and workflows, taking ideas from rough concepts to refined, production-ready interfaces. • Write, test, and ship high-quality code, driving new product features end-to-end. • Raise the bar for UX and design quality across the platform, setting the standard for speed, consistency, and visual polish. • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, and backend teams to deliver cohesive, user-centered experiences. • Advocate for the customer, incorporating feedback and usage insights into product decisions. • Lead and mentor engineers, sharing knowledge and helping shape our growing engineering culture.

• Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener aplicaciones Angular siguiendo buenas prácticas y arquitectura limpia. • Implementar programación reactiva y patrones de estado (NgXs, Redux, Akita). • Optimizar rendimiento y eficiencia de código, cuidando estructuras de datos y algoritmia. • Colaborar con equipos técnicos y participar en dailys en inglés. • Revisar, mantener y evolucionar componentes existentes, incluyendo Angular Material y Standalone Components.
